KEYSTONNE KAI THE MANAGER THAT NEVER LEAVES THE BUILDING

Ask your restaurant
a question.

Not a chat box bolted onto a POS. KAI reads your own records, lets the engines do the arithmetic, and checks every figure against them before it reaches you.

  • It never does the mathsEvery figure is computed by the same code that renders your reports. The model receives finished facts.
  • It proposes, never actsA change waits in an approval inbox and runs through the code a person would have used.

Paneer Tikka is the item that moved: margin fell as the supplier rate rose.

01 / THE CONNECTED RESTAURANT

The power of a POS.
The perspective of a manager.
The possibility of one system.

Great restaurants are a thousand moving parts. Keystonne brings them into one intelligent flow — from your first order to your next location.

A thousand moving parts.
One connected mind.

Your counter, kitchen, inventory and customers have a story to tell. Bring them together, and KAI can see the bigger picture.

03 / FROM INSIGHT TO IMPACT

Ask a better question.
Make a better next move.

Explore the facts. See a proposal. Make the call. KAI is built around the way a restaurant owner thinks.

  1. 01

    Understand.

Ask KAI in plain language. Start with your own data.

“Which dishes lost margin after the last price change?”

KAI reads your own sales, recipes and purchase records — not a general model guessing about restaurants.

  2. 02

    Decide.

Follow the facts. Review the proposal.

See the orders, the recipe cost and the purchase prices behind the answer.

Every figure is computed from your rows and shown with them. You are meant to disagree with it if it is wrong.

  3. 03

    Move.

Approve the next step. Stay in control.

A drafted price change, waiting for someone with the authority to approve it.

Proposals are drafts until a permitted person approves them. Nothing reaches your business on its own.

04 / A DAY IN YOUR RESTAURANT

Open. Serve. Close.
The same system all day.

Software is judged at 8pm on a Friday, not in a feature list. Here is the day Keystonne is built around — and the screens you actually meet at each hour of it.

BEFORE SERVICE

Open with a plan.

The quietest hour of the day is the one that decides the loudest.

  • See what today needs before you order it
  • Plan preparation against the items you expect to sell
  • Confirm menu, modifiers and price changes once
  • Put the whole team in the same picture

THE RUSH

Hold the line.

Dine-in, takeaway and delivery arriving at once, on one counter.

  • Take every order type without switching systems
  • Send the ticket with the details that make it different
  • Keep the kitchen and the counter on the same order
  • Keep serving on a prepared device when the line drops

AFTER CLOSE

Close with an answer.

Not just what the day took. What it is telling you.

  • Reconcile the till and the payment methods you took
  • Review the day’s sales and what the menu actually did
  • Check the stock that moved against the stock that sold
  • Ask why a number moved, and see the rows behind the answer

THE DETAILS, MADE CLEAR

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What makes Keystonne an AI restaurant manager?

Keystonne brings the POS, kitchen, inventory, customers and reporting into a shared system. KAI, its AI manager, answers questions from your restaurant’s data, explores operational patterns and drafts supported actions for an authorized person to review.

Can I start with one restaurant?

Yes. Basic, Grow and Advanced are designed for a single outlet. Chain adds multi-outlet and franchise capabilities with a minimum of two outlets.

How does the six-month free period work?

Your first six calendar months from signup include the launch feature access, with the Advanced usage baseline and no card required. After that, choose a paid plan or continue on Basic. The launch offer also includes 50% off the first paid year.

Does Keystonne make changes without my approval?

KAI proposes; it never writes. Supported action proposals are reviewed before execution and are subject to your role, permissions and plan.

Can I connect my existing services?

Keystonne has workflows for supported payment providers, delivery channels, messaging and accounting exports. The connection type and setup differ by service.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Prepared devices can queue supported counter operations for later sync. Offline support depends on prior setup, cached data and available bill-number leases. Online payments and external services still need a connection.
